Clement & Wynn Program Managers (C&W), which
was founded in 1993 by Arthur Clement and Delilah Wynn-Brown,
is committed solely to the practice of professional
program management. Our principals, whose careers exceed
50 years in the construction industry, provide professional
and objective Owner representation, personalized service,
and value-added solutions to our clients. We oversee
pre-design planning, preparing market analyses and feasibility
studies, building conditions assessments, selecting
design consultants, conducting design reviews, coordinating
pre-construction activities, and on-site construction
management.
Clement & Wynn offers innovative approaches, sound
technical advice, and a full range of customized program
management services for clients embarking on major capital
improvement programs. We have served extensively as
Owner’s representatives for educational institutions,
governmental agencies, quasi-public/private authorities,
non-profit organizations, churches, and corporate enterprises.
Historically, more than 50 percent of our practice has
been with colleges and universities. We have managed
more than $250 million in construction and renovation
projects on campuses over the past 10 years. Our experience
includes work at private schools (e.g., Spelman College,
Dillard University, the Interdenominational Theological
Center, and Marygrove College) and several campuses
within the University of Georgia System (Albany State
University, Georgia State University, and the University
of Georgia at Athens).
Clement & Wynn’s fundamental commitment is
to deliver unbiased counsel through minimizing construction
costs and problems while optimizing efficiency and quality.
We work as an extension of the client’s own staff,
offering services essential to successful project planning
and implementation. We manage the quality, cost, time
and process for realizing workable solutions that enhance
the value of our client’s projects.
Clement & Wynn is a minority business enterprise
based in Atlanta, Georgia, and was re-certified as such
by the City of Atlanta, Office of Contract Compliance,
for the year 2001.
