Mr. Clement is President of Clement & Wynn, LLC,
a consulting firm that specializes in providing program
management, campus planning and facility management
services to public schools, colleges and universities,
and other institutional and governmental clients. He
has more than 30 years of professional experience in
the architectural and construction industry, having
managed a myriad of capital projects from planning and
pre-design phases through construction administration,
client occupancy and project close-out as an owner’s
agent, architect, and general contractor. Arthur Clement
has served in a staff extension role for a number of
capital programs including Architect for APS, Campus
Architect for Dillard University and Program Manager
for CODA.
In previous positions and as a partner at Clement &
Wynn,LLC for more than 15 years, Mr. Clement has overall
responsibility for the delivery of project services
