The $6 Billion dollar expansion program called the Hartsfield-Jackson Development Program - Focus on the Future...is well underway. The Program includes a new 5th Runway, a new international Terminal and other elements. Clement & Wynn is part of the Hartsfield-Jackson Development Program Team.

A new FAA Control Tower (ATCT) is required to provide a clear line of site to the new Fiftht Runway complex. The existing tower site will be removed with the vacated space being utilized by the development and expansion of Concourse E.
