Excellatron Solid State, LLC (Excellatron), and Johnson Real Estate Investments, LLC (JREI), have combined forces to redevelop a 4.5 acre site within the Empowerment Zone of downtown Atlanta. Excellatron and JREI engaged Clement & Wynn to serve as the Owner’s representative and on-site Program Manager for the project. The redevelopment consists of completing tenant fit-ups to a 74,000 SF warehouse now converted into a telecommunication facility, renovation to a 40,000 SF three-story loft/office building, repairs to the 42,000 SF factory building and tenant fit-ups for Excellatron’s manufacturing operation, and completion of the general site work, including parking, landscaping, and underground utilities.
