From 1993 - 95, Arthur Clement, Principal at Clement & Wynn, provided professional management services as the School Architect for the Atlanta Public Schools. He managed $12 million in complete renovations of three prominent middle schools: Sylvan Middle School, Jean Young Childs Middle School and West Fulton Middle School.

All projects had to be undertaken during occupancy, which required great sensitivity to the activity of students, parents, teachers and staff. Fast paced project momentum, continuous planning and evaluation and coordination of expeditious decisions by the Owner were key to effective and efficient delivery of this project.
