Built in 1908, First Congregational Church, UCC was
added to the National Register of Historic Places as
a landmark structure in 1979.
From 1990 to 1991, Arthur Clement, a Principal at Clement
& Wynn served as Project Manager in overseeing a
three-story, 3,300 SF addition to the church. The addition
contained a new hydraulic elevator, ADA compliant toilets,
church office and meeting space.
The City of Atlanta Urban Design Commission recognized
the project as a sensitive addtion to a landmark structure
in 1991.
